The grapes are selected and harvested by hand from the winery's own vineyards. The grapes are chilled and are fermented at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 21 months and is racked every 4 months.

Aroma: Elegant, bright and strong. Nicely blended black fruit and spices. Intense and complex with mineral notes.
