The grapes are selected and harvested by hand form the winery's own vineyards. The grapes are then macerated at a cool temperature in stainless steel vats. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for 24 months using French and American oak barrels. The wine will evolve well in the bottle.
Colour: Intense cherry red colour with little colour change towards the rim.
Aroma: Intense and elegant with hints of ripe red fruit. Mineral notes and toasted aromas from the oak.
